  • Printed Return Address (yours) on the outer envelopes (back flap)

Customization: Design, colors and fonts used from your invitation ensemble will match your printed envelopes. Mailing list setup (file format) along with a guide and tips on etiquette for how to address your envelopes can be found and reviewed on the Planning Tips page.

Postage: Please know, this cost for envelope printing does NOT include the actual postage (stamps) for your invitations, those will need to be purchased on your own. It's highly recommended that you wait to purchase any postage until after you've received your order and can bring a finished invitation set to your local post office for accurate pricing as invitation weights and sizes vary. Please be sure to take this recommended tip into consideration when planning for your mailing date along with our estimated turnaround/delivery times.

Ordering Process: Once your order is processed, we will reach out via email within 24 hrs. to confirm and collect your finished mailing list based on our file structuring. Thereafter, within 5 business days you will receive an electronic proof via email to preview and approve for printing. As a reminder, this is not an automated process or mail merge option, our professional designers work on each envelope individually in order to provide you with your proofs.
