The remaining balance is due with signed APPROVAL FORM to print and proceed with the final production of your order. Printing will not begin until the approval form is signed and the remaining balance is collected.

Stationery Timeline + Turnaround

Initial design concepts/customized proofs can take up to 3-5 business days. Edits/revisions 1-2 business days. Please be prompt in response with changes during the design phase so that your invitations can be expedited in a timely manner. Should a rush status be required for turnaround and delivery, a fee of $65.00 will apply and is subject to increase given the nature of your order (quantity, assembly services, holiday).

Payments/Cancellations

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to schedule the design and execution of your order. Design and the proofing process will not begin before the deposit is received. The 50% deposit will be applied to your order.

  • The remaining balance is due with signed approval to print and proceed with the final production of your order. Printing will not begin until the approval form is signed and the remaining balance is collected.

*In the event the wedding and/or this agreement is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. If your order has gone into the final production process, because of the personalization of custom stationery, orders cannot be refunded.

Additional Fees

  • ONE complimentary round of minor edits (font, color, wording) to the initial design proofs is included at no charge.

  • Additional revisions are $15.00 per proof and will be added to your invoice.

  • Should a completely different design direction from the initial consultation and/or design sample proofs be requested, resulting in new design creation, a $75.00 fee will apply.

*Additional charges are at the discretion of Thinking Paper with consideration of the additional design needed and file preparation time.* Client will be notified prior to any additional charges that may incur and the order will be placed on HOLD/Pending status until Thinking Paper receives client’s approval to proceed.
