Turnaround & Delivery
After receipt of payment and this signed approval form, unassembled orders are generally dispatched within 7-10 business days. Orders with full assembly and or with envelope addressing services may take up to 10-15 business days.
- Domestic delivery: 2 to 5 Business Days
- International delivery: 5 to 10 Business Days.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking information with estimated delivery will be provided via email with a link to track your package online.
Product Quality & Information
Each piece is made to order and most assembled by hand, or are individually handmade so slight irregularities may occur. In the event of a mistake or if the final product doesn’t meet your expectations due to internal error, Thinking Paper will correct the problem as efficiently as possible. Client has up to 2 business days to notify Thinking Paper of any issues with the order upon delivery.
Approval For Production:
Upon completion and review of the digital proofs, an electronic signature granting Thinking Paper permission to move forward with the final stage of production is required. After this approval form has been electronically signed and received (below), Thinking Paper is not responsible for any mistakes matching the final approved proof*. This includes grammatical errors, spaces, graphics, etc. that are incorrect. Although Thinking Paper does its best to ensure everything is correct, mistakes can occur. It is the client’s responsibility to proofread and check all information before signing off on this approval form.
Color: Thinking Paper cannot guarantee that the printed portions of the invitation ensemble or stationery items will match 100% directly to colored paper stocks or fabrics as the nature of these materials are completely different from one another. It's important to be aware that each computer monitor/tablet/device will display colors differently. Should a color viewed be indifferent from the requested, it's encouraged that the client asks the designer for confirmation. In the event of incorrect coloration or if grammatical errors print after this approval form has been signed, the client will be charged to reprint and reassemble (if applicable) to correct such errors.
Orders will NOT move into final production or print until this approval form is electronically signed, submitted and received by Thinking Paper. Final delivery will NOT be made until any unpaid balances (additional costs if applicable) are paid in full.
*In the event Thinking Paper is responsible for a mistake and the printed piece(s) does not match the approved proof(s), Thinking Paper will take full responsibility and make the necessary arrangements to correct the situation.
